用撕裂疲劳分析仪预测NR/BR和NR/SBR并用胎面胶的耐久性

本研究的目的是通过表征疲劳龟裂增长(FCG)性能对天然橡胶/聚丁二烯橡胶(NR/BR)和天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶(NR/SBR)并用胶的对比耐久性作出预测。通过采用撕裂和疲劳分析仪(TFA)模拟并用胶的实际使用寿命,本文研究了应变、温度、r-比率(初张力)和波形对上述2种并用胶的影响。这2种并用胶在较高温度下均具有较高的疲劳撕裂增长(FCG)率,但这种影响对NR/SBR并用胶的影响更大。r-比率对NR/BR并用胶的FCG率影响非常小,而NR/SBR并用胶在正初张力下的FCG率明显下降。2种并用胶在脉冲状态下的FCG率均比它们在正弦状态下的高。 The purpose of this study was to predict the comparative durability of natural rubber / polybutadiene rubber (NR / BR) and natural rubber / styrene butadiene rubber (NR / SBR) blends by characterizing FCG performance. The effect of strain, temperature, r-ratio (initial tension) and waveforms on these two types of glue was studied by simulating and using the actual service life of the rubber with TEE. Both of them had higher rate of fatigue tear propagation (FCG) at higher temperatures, but this effect had a greater impact on NR / SBR blends. The r-ratio has a very small effect on the NR / BR and glue FCG rates, whereas the NR / SBR glue shows a significant decrease in the FCG rate at positive initial tension. The FCG rates of the two gums in pulsed state were higher than those in sinusoidal state.
