出生体重在1000-1499 g之间的早产儿称为极低出生体重儿(VLBWI),因其发育不成熟,生活力低下易发生各种并发症,死亡率极高。如何降低死亡率、提高其存活率与质量是儿科医师关注的问题。我院。NICU自1999年1月至2003年1月共收治62例VLB-WI,现将临床情况报告如下:
