1990年初,在市教育局组织的中小学生谈心电话中发现,青少年学生中的许多问题是心理问题或由心理障碍造成的,如人际敏感、焦虑等,这些问题在实际教育过程中常常被忽视,或不恰当地当作思想政治问题处理,使学生心理走入误区。如何开展大面积的教育活动,谈心电话受到一定的限制。我校在杨祖恒副校长的热心倡导下,决定在高一(2)班进行“中学生心理健康指导”的试验。试验的目的是:借助心理学知识,帮助学生正确认识自己,找到自己的发展优势和薄弱点,能较自觉地加强自我教育、自我训练,从而调动内在的潜能,提高整体心理水平;同时也为了帮助学生克服成长过程中可能遇到的障碍,使
