对显微镜下大量的活细胞进行长时间地重复观测是一项细致而又需要耐心的工作 ,完全依赖于人工操作不仅难度大又易引入人为的误差和错误。为了使这项工作得以轻松准确的完成 ,开发能对大量细胞进行重复和长时间观测的工具实在必要。以 CCD技术和计算机自动控制技术为基础 ,研制了一套自动成像测量系统。该系统能够定时自动对多个目标进行重复摄像和分析。其对目标的重访精度小于 4μm,完全可以满足精确地对大量细胞长时间重复观测的需要。这一设计解决了一个实际问题 ,有助于对大量细胞的研究
Repeated observation of a large number of live cells under a microscope over a long period of time is a meticulous and patient task, which relies entirely on manual operation to not only be difficult but also to introduce human error and error. In order for this work to be done easily and accurately, it is imperative to develop tools that allow for repeated and long-term observations of large numbers of cells. Based on CCD technology and computer automatic control technology, a set of automatic imaging measurement system was developed. The system can automatically repeat the multiple targets on the camera and analysis. Its revisit accuracy to the target is less than 4μm, which can fully meet the need of precisely observing a large number of cells for a long time. This design solves a practical problem that helps to study large numbers of cells
