目的研究和评价流动人口主动接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)服务的有效策略。方法通过基线调查,了解社区流动人口的VCT接受意愿,采取在流动人口聚集的场所开展社区动员、VCT广泛宣传和免费服务等综合干预措施。干预2年后进行评估。结果干预前,该社区的流动人口感染HIV风险的意识薄弱,VCT的知晓率低至48.1%,而HIV主动检测率仅为2.6%;干预后,流动人口感染HIV风险的意识增强,VCT的知晓率达85.3%,HIV主动检测率达19.4%,经统计学检验有显著性意义(P<0.01)。对社区卫生服务中心能够提供VCT服务的知晓率达56.8%。结论在流动人口中开展社区动员和VCT广泛的宣传,能够显著提高人群对VCT的认知水平和感染HIV风险的意识,并在此基础上促使流动人口主动接受免费VCT服务。
Objective To study and evaluate the effective strategies of floating population to take voluntary HIV / AIDS counseling and testing (VCT) services. Methods The baseline survey was conducted to understand the VCT willingness of the floating population in the community and to take a comprehensive intervention such as community mobilization, extensive publicity of VCT and free services in the places where the floating population gathered. Two years after the intervention evaluation. Results Before the intervention, the awareness of HIV risk among floating population in this community was weak. The awareness rate of VCT was as low as 48.1%, while the HIV positive detection rate was only 2.6%. After the intervention, the floating population was more aware of HIV risk and the awareness of VCT The rate of 85.3%, HIV active detection rate of 19.4%, statistically significant (P <0.01). 56.8% awareness of the ability of community health centers to provide VCT services. Conclusions Community mobilization and VCT publicity among floating population can significantly improve people’s awareness of VCT and the risk of HIV infection. On the basis of this, it can make migrants take the initiative to receive free VCT services.
