清末民国初年,东北人民通过俄国布尔什维克的传媒初步地了解了马克思主义;从十月革命到五四运动,布尔什维克和中国先进知识分子利用大众传媒,广泛宣传马克思主义;中共建党时期,中共党人和进步人士通过创办报刊,积极宣传社会主义思想,使马克思主义在东北的影响进一步扩大。东北以其得天独厚的地缘优势,成为较早接触马克思主义的地方。
From the October Revolution to the May 4 Movement, the Bolsheviks and the Chinese advanced intellectuals made extensive use of the mass media to publicize Marxism widely during the period of the founding of the People’s Republic of China in the late Qing and Republican China in the late Qing Dynasty. People from the Northeast started to understand Marxism through the media of the Russian Bolsheviks. Through the founding of newspapers and periodicals, progressive people actively publicized socialist ideas and further expanded the influence of Marxism in the northeast. Northeast, with its unique geographical advantage, became an early place to contact with Marxism.
