叶片式单金属结构的165F汽缸套,目前在国内生产中,一般都是采用砂模铸造工艺,普遍反应困难大,问题多,铸造成品率低。突出的问题是石墨和磷共晶网孔粗大,达不到高磷铸铁汽缸套的技术要求。我们厂是从七四年开始生产165F缸套的。自去年下半年采用空心泥芯和加冷却水的方法以后,基本上突破了高磷缸套在砂模铸造中的技术难关,使成品率从30%左右提高到65%以上,化学成份和显微组织都达到了技术要求。现介绍如下。
