用数学方法描述铝酸钠溶液搅拌分解和碳酸化分解过程的动力学时,必须利用三水铝石的溶解度与温度和溶液中苛性碱及碳酸碱浓度间的数量关系。文献中现有的分析关系或是没有考虑溶液中碳酸碱浓度的影响,或是没有考虑温度的影响。文献的作者通过实验充分地研究了碳酸钠-苛性碱铝酸钠溶液的温度和浓度对三水铝石溶解度的影响。
Mathematically describing the kinetics of agitation and carbonation of sodium aluminate solution, we must take into account the relationship between the solubility of gibbsite and the temperature and the concentration of caustic and carbonate in the solution. The existing analytical relationship in the literature either does not take into account the effect of the concentration of carbonate in solution or does not take into account the effect of temperature. The authors of the literature thoroughly studied the effect of the temperature and concentration of the sodium carbonate-caustic soda sodium aluminate solution on the solubility of gibbsite through experiments.
