燃料电池的发电效率随着输出的变化会有很大改变,对燃料电池电动车的运行效率产生很大的影响。通过对燃料电池本身特性和驱动系统的研究,提出考虑燃料电池本身效率的整体效率优化控制,在满足负载需要的前提下通过改变电机励磁电流和直流变换器的占空比使得整个电驱动系统的运行效率最高。为此,建立了电驱动系统的稳态损耗模型,并通过仿真和试验结果的对比验证了损耗模型的有效性。实验结果表明系统损耗随励磁电流和占空比的改变而改变,从而验证了该文提出的优化效率控制方法的可行性。
Fuel cell power generation efficiency changes with the output will be greatly changed, the fuel cell electric car operating efficiency have a significant impact. Based on the study of fuel cell characteristics and driving system, the overall efficiency optimization control considering the efficiency of fuel cell itself is put forward. By changing the excitation current of the motor and the duty cycle of DC converter, The most efficient operation. For this reason, the steady-state loss model of the electric drive system is established, and the effectiveness of the loss model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results. The experimental results show that the system loss changes with the change of the excitation current and the duty ratio, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method for optimizing efficiency.
