Modern Chinese and Korean are two languages that belong to two different systems. Therefore, there are also some differences in the number of things. In modern Chinese, as one of the characteristics and difficulties of Chinese learning, quantifiers make many foreign students who study Chinese suffer greatly. The existence of quantifiers is basically used to indicate the unit of things and the amount of action. In modern Korean, the proportion of measure words is very rich, and the use of measure words in modern Chinese is also relatively complicated. By comparing the quantifiers in both Chinese and Korean languages, we can see that the two ideologies embodied in the borrowed things are not completely the same. It is also necessary to understand the similarities and differences between word meaning, scope of use and usage of quantifiers in modern Chinese and Korean in Korean teaching.
