血糖仪是一种测量血糖水平的电子仪器,由于其具有快速、便捷、成本低、易于操作等特点,在临床中受到了广泛的关注。近年来以血糖仪为基础,结合多种识别机制和信号转导及放大策略,实现了多种非糖目标物的定量分析。本文概述了血糖仪的发展历史,重点综述了血糖仪在食品检测领域的应用,并对其研究前景进行了展望。
Blood glucose meter is a kind of electronic instrument which measures the blood sugar level. It has been paid much attention in clinic for its fast, convenient, low cost and easy operation. In recent years based on blood glucose meter, combined with a variety of recognition mechanisms and signal transduction and amplification strategy, to achieve a variety of non-sugar target quantitative analysis. This article outlines the history of the development of blood glucose meters, highlights the application of blood glucose meters in the field of food testing, and looks forward to its research prospects.
