斯琴,1955年生人,祖籍兴安盟。1978年毕业于内蒙古大学中文系。1979年7月内蒙古画报社复刊之初,他便调到这里当上了一名摄影记者。31年来,他走遍了内蒙古自治区的100多个旗县,并涉足区外,先后到新疆、甘肃、青海、四川、云南、宁夏等地进行采风创作。在30多年的拍摄、采访生涯中,他在《内蒙古画报》上发表专题200多篇,图片几千幅,为宣传内蒙古的地域优势和独特的民族风情,为办好《内蒙古画报》做出了贡献。
Siqin, born in 1955, native Xing’an League. In 1978 graduated from Inner Mongolia University Department of Chinese. In July 1979, when Inner Mongolia Pictorial was reprinted, he was transferred here as a photojournalist. In 31 years, he traveled more than 100 counties and counties in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and set foot outside the district. He successively went to Xinjiang, Gansu, Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan and Ningxia for collecting wind. In more than 30 years of filming and interviewing career, he published more than 200 thematic articles and thousands of pictures in “Inner Mongolia Pictorial”. In order to promote the geographical advantages and unique national customs in Inner Mongolia, he made a speech for “Inner Mongolia Pictorial” contribution.
