目的建立含当归药妆品中阿魏酸的含量测定方法,并对几种药妆品中阿魏酸含量进行了测定,为保证其质量提供参考。方法采用反相高效液相法,以依利特sinochrom ODS-BP色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸(45:55,v/v)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为324nm,柱温为25℃,以外标法测定阿魏酸含量。结果阿魏酸浓度在0.055μg·mL-1~2.064μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;样品中阿魏酸的平均加样回收率为99.47%,RSD为1.53%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、重现性好,所建立的方法可作为含当归成分药妆品的含量测定方法,并可用以控制药妆品质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Angelica Cosmetics, and to determine the content of ferulic acid in several Cosmetics, so as to provide reference for its quality. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used in this study. The elution was performed on a sinochrom ODS-BP column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-1% glacial acetic acid (45:55, v / v) 1.0mL.min-1, the detection wavelength was 324nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃, and the content of ferulic acid was determined by external standard method. Results The concentration of ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.055μg · mL-1 ~ 2.064μg · mL-1. The average recoveries of ferulic acid was 99.47% and the RSD was 1.53% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The established method can be used as a method for the determination of cosmetic ingredients containing Angelica sinensis, and can be used to control the quality of cosmetic products.
