目的 了解乌鲁木齐市职业病网络报告和管理工作现状,提高报告质量.方法 采取普查方法,对乌鲁木齐市辖区内所有取得国家、省级卫生行政部门审批的职业健康检查机构和职业病诊断机构展开调查.调查内容包括组织机构建设、制度规范建立、硬件配置与维护、人员配备、网络帐号开通率[2]和各类报告卡、报告表的上报情况.结果 乌鲁木齐市职业健康检查机构网络报告开通率为41.2％,有毒有害作业工人职业健康监护数据报告率为15.9％,其中疾病控制(疾控)中心报告率为100.0％,职业病预防控制(职防)机构报告率为16.3％,综合医疗机构和民营健康检查机构均未上报;疑似职业病报告率,为38.3％,其中疾控中心和职防机构报告率为100.0％,综合医疗机构和民营健康检查机构均未上报.职业病诊断机构有毒有害作业工人职业健康监护数据报告率为21.1％;职业病病例报告率为89.7％,漏报的病例均来自综合医疗机构.不同病种中以职业中毒的报告率最低,为80.0％;其次是其他职业病报告率,为81.8％;尘肺病的报告率为100.0％.结论 乌鲁木齐市职业病报告率和监督管理工作有待加强.“,”Objective To understand the status on the network reporting and management of occupational disease from in Urumqi,in order to improve the quality of the network report.Methods The study was performed in all the agencies of occupation health examination and occupation disease diagnosis approved by national or provincial health administrative department for examination in Urumqi.The contents include..organization construction,system establishment,hardware configuration and maintenance personnel,network account opening rate and all kinds of report cards.Results The network report opening rate of occupational health inspection agencies was 41.2％.The occupational data report rate of health'surveillance for workers with toxic and harmful exposure was 15.9 ％.among them,the report rate by CDC was 100％,the report rate by occupational disease prevention institutes was 16.3％,and no report was from the comprehensive medical institutes and private health inspection agencies.The suspected occupational disease reporting rate was 38.3％,among them the report rate by CDC and occupational disease prevention institutes was 100％,but no report was from the comprehensive medical institutes and private health inspection agencies.The report rate of health surveillance for workers with toxic and harmful exposure in the institutes of diagnosis of occupational diseases was 21.1％.The occupational disease reporting rate was 89.7％,and missing cases of occupational diseases were from comprehensive medical institutes.The reporting rate of occupational poisoning was lowest (80 ％) in the different occupational diseases,followed by the another diseases (81.8％)and the reporting rate of pneumoconiosis was 100.0％.Conclusions The supervision and management of the report rate on occupational diseases should be strengthened in Urumqi.
