我厂曾承接一批高频焊管机上的轧辊加工任务。这批活量不大,但其中圆弧槽半径及椭圆槽长短轴尺寸都不一样,精度要求又比较高。工件的主要尺寸如图1(圆弧槽)及图2(椭圆槽)所示。
I plant has undertaken a number of high-frequency pipe machine roll processing tasks. This batch of activity is not large, but the radius of the arc groove and elliptical slot length and short axis dimensions are not the same, the accuracy requirements are higher. The main dimensions of the workpiece are shown in Figure 1 (arc slot) and Figure 2 (oval slot).
