TIMET’s third quarter 2011 results: The third quarter of 2011 net income of common stock was $ 25 million, diluted $ 0.14 per share; compared with $ 21.5 million of common stock net income for the same period of 2010, diluted $ 0.12 per share. The operating results for the third quarter of 2010 and 2011 are affected by the non-cash deferred tax on diluted earnings per share of US $ 0.01.
