目的探讨60Coγ射线部分照射人离体血对淋巴细胞微核率的影响。方法用2 Gy60Coγ射线37℃照射人离体周围血,以不同比例与未照射血混合后进行培养,44 h后加松胞素B,72 h收获,制片并分析微核率。结果微核率随照射血比例的增加而增加,与单纯照射组相比,混合照射血的微核率高。1.0∶1.0比例混合估算出的剂量为1.29 Gy,大于实际的1 Gy,0.5∶1.0比例混合估算出的剂量为0.91 Gy,也大于0.50 Gy,而在1.0∶0组,照射剂量与估算剂量基本一致。结论微核率随照射血比例的不断增加而增加,为微核率作为估算局部照射剂量的生物学指标提供资料。
Objective To investigate the effects of 60Coγ-ray irradiation on the micronucleus rate of lymphocytes in vitro. Methods Peripheral blood was irradiated with 2 Gy 60Coγ ray at 37 ℃ and mixed with non-irradiated blood in different proportions. After 44 h, cytokinin B was added and 72 h harvested. Results The micronucleus rate increased with the increase of the proportion of irradiated blood, compared with the simple irradiation group, the mixed irradiation blood micronuclei rate was high. 1.0: 1.0 ratio of the estimated dose of 1.29 Gy, greater than the actual 1 Gy, 0.5:1.0 ratio of the mixed dose estimated 0.91 Gy, also greater than 0.50 Gy, and 1.0:0 group, the irradiation dose and the estimated dose of basic Consistent. Conclusion The micronucleus rate increases with the increase of the proportion of irradiated blood, and provides the data for estimating the micronucleus rate as a biological index for local irradiation dose.
