1.服务。“顾客是上帝”。那么,学生是否是教师的“上帝”,我说也是。国家所提倡的一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切,就是要教师树立服务于学生的理念。天津市特级教师李鉴蕙所提倡的对学生“七个允许”,对我们很有启示。这就是:“错了允许重答;答得不完整允许补充;不明白的问题允许发问;没想好的允许再想;老师错了允许提意见;不同意见允许争论;争论到炽热化时,允许学生自由抢接话茬发表意见,不必举手等待老师批准。”只有这样充分尊重学生,鼓励学生,才能培养学生的能力和勇气。
