教育部三年前曾就全国中小学安全事故总体形势发布分析报告。这是我国首次以报告的形式分析全国中小学的安全形势。结合报告数据,本刊记者近期也就中小学生安全问题发放了问卷调查,对中小学安全事故发生的特点、原因、环节等方面进行了全面分析,初步探索了中小学发生安全事故的基本规律,总结了易发生事故的关键环节,并通过图例和数字的形式一一呈现。
