广州抽水蓄能电站联营公司与法国阿尔斯通公司引进设备合同以及与法国电力公司技术援助服务合同,昨晚在广州举行签字仪式。匡吉副省长主持了签字仪式。经国家计委批准,由广东省和国家能源投资公司、广东核电投资有限公司合资在广州从化县兴建广州抽水蓄能电站,以改善我省的电力供应。总装机容量为120万千瓦的广州抽水蓄能电站,是国内第一个高水头大容量型抽水蓄能电站,投资约14亿元。其中利用法国政府贷款2亿美元,引进四套单级可逆式水轮发电机组及附属机电设备材料。预计电站第一台机组将于1992年末投产发电,1994年完建。
Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station affiliated companies and the French Alstom company to introduce equipment contracts and the French power company technical assistance services contract last night held in Guangzhou signing ceremony. Vice Governor Marina Wong presided over the signing ceremony. Approved by the State Planning Commission, Guangdong Province and the State Energy Investment Company and Guangdong Nuclear Investment Co., Ltd. jointly set up a Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station in Conghua, Guangzhou to improve the electricity supply in our province. The total installed capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station, is the first high-head large-capacity pumped storage power station, an investment of about 14 billion yuan. Which use the French government loans 200 million US dollars, the introduction of four sets of single-stage reversible hydro-generator sets and affiliated mechanical and electrical equipment materials. It is estimated that the first unit of the power station will be put into operation in late 1992 and completed in 1994.
