哈尔滨市经贸委日前组织召开了“通信终端设备维修技术条件审定会”。哈尔滨工业大学、市技术监督部门、市电信管理部门的主管领导、行业管理人员及有关专家教授参加了会议。会议审定通过了Q/HDX02—1998《哈尔滨市通信终端设备维修技术条件》和Q/HDX01—1998《哈尔滨市通信设备维修管理规范》。 近几年来,哈尔滨市通信事业有了迅猛的发展,形成了以为通信终端用户服务的通信终端设备维修市场,目前,网点已发展到近200家。但由于管理不规范,存在着维修质量差、坑害用户、不正当竞争等问题。用户投诉率居高不下,在社会上引起了广泛关注,成为普遍关心的焦点问题。为切实解决这一问题,结合国家开展的“设备维修市场管理试点”工作,市政府出台了《哈尔滨市设备维修市场管理办法》,将通信终端设备纳入了试点工作。在市电信管理部门和技术监督部门的大力支持和努力工作 Harbin Economic and Trade Commission recently organized a “communication terminal equipment maintenance technical conditions validation.” Harbin Institute of Technology, municipal technology supervision department, municipal telecom management department in charge of leadership, industry management and relevant experts and professors attended the meeting.
