应用超声检查结合尿ＨＣＧ测定的方法检测了５２８例疑为异位妊娠患者，检出异位妊娠６０例，其中临床确诊５７例，其敏感度为９８．３％，特异度为９９．４％，阳性预告值为９５．０％，准确度为９９．２％。５７例中早期诊断４６例（占８０．７％），其中保守治疗成功４２例，保守组患者Ｂ超下盆腔液体量及盆腔包块直径均小于手术组。结果显示超声结合尿ＨＣＧ法能早期准确地诊断异位妊娠，并可指导临床选择治疗方式。本文尚讨论了应用该法的注意事项和保守治疗的超声指征。
528 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy were detected by ultrasonography combined with urinary HCG assay. 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy were detected, of which 57 cases were diagnosed clinically, with a sensitivity of 98.3% and a specificity of 99.4% , The positive predictive value was 95.0%, the accuracy was 99.2%. Among 57 cases, 46 cases (80.7%) were diagnosed early and moderately, of which 42 cases were conservatively treated. The volume of fluid in the B-subsidence and pelvic mass in the conservative group were less than those in the operation group. The results show that ultrasound combined with urinary HCG method can be accurate early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and can guide the clinical choice of treatment. This article also discusses the application of the precautions and conservative treatment of ultrasound indications.
