髓内肿瘤绝大部分为胶质瘤。椎管内畸胎瘤本属罕见,可发生于硬膜下或硬膜外,而髓内畸胎瘤更属罕见,我院经X线检查、手术及病理证实一例,特报告于下。女性,5岁,因左下肢瘫痪1年,右下肢瘫痪半年入院。入院前半年患儿双下肢出现抽搐,每次持续约2～3分钟自行缓解,每日4～5次不等,长达4月余。入院前一周发现患儿小便困难、尿痛呈滴状,但无畏寒发烧。患儿两岁左右患过佝偻病;无慢性咳嗽和咯血史。体检:神清,答话对题,智力良好,头颅形状大小正常,双例瞳孔等大,对光反射存 The vast majority of intramedullary tumors are gliomas.
