医药生物技术是关系国计民生的重要领域,也是科技研发活动的前沿活跃领域。在医药生物技术的研发活动和营销活动过程中,重要的是要贯穿着明智的知识产权战略思想,及时有效地保护自己的知识产权,同时又尊重他人的知识产权,在法律保障的基础上保持健康、快速的发展。为提高业内人士的专利知识水平,促进医药生物技术事业的发展,定于2006年8月12～13日在北京举办医药生物技术知识产权实务研修班,由资深专家授课。本项目由国家知识产权局医药生物发明审查部主办,中国发明与专利杂志社承办。
