A metal copper complex (1) was isolated from the culture solution of the endogenous fungus Fusarium sp. #ZZF51 of mangrove in the South China Sea. The structure was analyzed by the spectral data and single crystal diffraction data. Picolinic acid-N1, O2) copper (II), which was first discovered from nature. In vitro activity experiments initially showed that complexes (1) act against four bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli). H. pylori and S. enteritidis) and three cancer cells (KB, KBv200, HepG2) had strong inhibitory activity, the former had a minimum inhibitory concentration (M IC value) of 12.5, 25, 12.5, and 50 μg/mL, respectively, and the latter IC50. The values were 3.54, 3.68, and 25.12 μg/mL, respectively.
