随着卫生部、食品药品监督管理部门对医药生产企业的要求不断提高,加上企业内部结构随着市场经济变化而不断调整,企业要在竞争市场站稳脚步,那么旧的企业档案管理体制就无法适应新的市场经济和现代企业制度了。笔者从企业内部外部分别分析企业档案管理体制是否符合发展需要,企业档案开发利用的工作要点,技术档案一体化等,结合医药公司(GMP生产型企业)自身实际情况来阐述实施档案一体化的效果。
