针对Cu-Zn-Sn-P四元合金网废料,在分析其成分组成、物相结构的基础上,确定采用电化学溶解的方式进行主金属分离;在测定其阳极电解电位的基础上,对电解的主要参数进行了初步研究。研究表明对该四元合金采用电化学溶解、电解沉积的方式可以有效提取出不同组分,并为下一步生产锌、锡产品创造了有利条件。
For the Cu-Zn-Sn-P quaternary alloy net waste, based on the analysis of its composition and phase structure, it is determined that the main metal is separated by electrochemical dissolution. On the basis of measuring the anode electrolytic potential, The main parameters of electrolysis were initially studied. The results show that the four elements can be effectively extracted by electrochemical dissolution and electrodeposition, which can create favorable conditions for the further production of zinc and tin products.
