在对分层教学理论探索和已有研究成果剖析的基础上,笔者对中等职业学校体育课堂教学中开展分层教学进行进一步探索与实践,以实现教学中尊重学生的兴趣爱好与个性发展,展示自我风采,最终实现新课标的教学目标。研究在分层教法的目标分层、评价分层、分组分层等方面进行了更深一层次的完善,并对在职教体育教学中实施分层教学提出了相应的几点建议。
Based on the exploration of stratified teaching theory and the analysis of the existing research results, the author further explores and practices stratified teaching in the PE class of secondary vocational schools so as to realize the respect and development of students’interests, interests and personality in teaching Self-style, and ultimately realize the teaching objectives of the new curriculum standard. The research carried out a deeper level of improvement in the target stratification, evaluation stratification and group stratification of stratified teaching methods, and put forward some corresponding suggestions on stratified teaching in on-the-job teaching of physical education.
