当前我国贪污贿赂犯罪形势严峻,侦查工作面临调查难、取证难等问题,将心理测试技术应用于此类案件的侦查中是大势所趋。随着心理测试的成熟和实践经验的积累,依照法律规定发挥心理测试技术在贪污贿赂案件侦查中的作用是现实可行的。同时在工作中要注意合理编题,不断学习,加强监督,培养人才。
At present, the crime situation of corruption and bribery in our country is grim, and the investigation work is facing the problems of difficult investigation and difficult evidence collection.
