目的对Damon-矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类2分类错畸形的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2009年1月至2012年1月收治的30例安氏Ⅱ类2分类错畸形患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用Damon-矫治器进行治疗,对所有患者治疗前后的临床效果进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示,所有患者经过治疗,磨牙得到改善,均为中性关系或者轻度近中关系,前牙覆覆盖没有异常情况,上下颌关系以及软组织侧貌协调。治疗前后头影测量存在差异性。结论经临床研究结果表明,使用Damon-矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类2分类错畸形患者进行治疗,临床效果显著,有利于改善患者的磨牙,促进下颌磨牙伸长,改善患者下颌后缩面型,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广和普及。
