广播电视是社会传媒的主要部分,也是社会文化传播结构体系实现社会链接的重要桥梁,良好的广播电视台人事管理体系,能够实现传媒行业的发展人才供应系统逐步优化。但从我国当前广播电视台人事管理的发展来看,依旧存在一些不足,本文结合电视台的管理实际问题,提出应对广播电视台人事管理困境的对策,促进我国广播电视台传媒管理体系的创新与完善。
Radio and television is a major part of social media and an important bridge linking social and cultural transmission structures to social links. A sound radio and television personnel management system can gradually optimize the supply of development personnel in the media industry. However, judging from the current development of personnel management in radio and television stations in our country, there are still some shortcomings. Based on the actual management problems of the television stations, this article puts forward the countermeasures to cope with the plight of radio and television personnel management, and promotes the innovation and improvement of the media management system of China’s radio and television stations.
