我国的刑事自诉制度自产生之初就存在一些先天性问题,本文拟通过对现状分析并提出针对性举措,来尝试提高自诉程序的可操作性,从而完善我国刑事诉讼制度。
In our country, the criminal private prosecution system has some innate problems since it was born. This paper tries to improve the maneuverability of the procedure of private prosecution by analyzing the current situation and putting forward specific measures to improve the criminal procedure system in our country.
