随着小班化教育理念和教育形式进入中学教育,小组合作学习日益成为主宰课堂的主要学习模式之一。相比其他学科而言,语文学科在运用小组合作学习方式上有一定的优势,小组成员间易于“有话”可说,交流话题较为宽泛。但基于语文学科的特点,小组学习容易陷入无序、费时、低效状态,背离小组合作学习的初衷,所以中学小班化语文小组合作学习的组织与管理问题就被摆在了显著位置,有待我们探索适合中学小班化教育实际的、语文小组合作学习的组织和管理的策略,从而提高语文教学的效率,改善小组合作学习行为,减少低效、非指向性的个体和集体学习行为。
With the introduction of small-class education concepts and forms of education into secondary education, group cooperative learning has increasingly become one of the main learning modes that dominate the classroom. Compared with other disciplines, Chinese subjects have certain advantages in the use of group cooperative learning methods. It is easy for group members to talk about each other, and the exchange topics are more general. However, based on the characteristics of the Chinese subject, group learning is prone to disorder, time-consuming, and ineffective. It deviates from the original intention of group cooperative learning. Therefore, the organization and management of cooperative learning in the small-class language group of middle schools has been placed in a prominent position. Explore strategies for the organization and management of cooperative learning in language groups for the practical implementation of small-class education in middle schools, so as to improve the efficiency of language teaching, improve group cooperative learning behaviors, and reduce inefficient and non-directive individual and collective learning behaviors.
