目前,我国法律体系之中的农产品价格相关规定还不够完善,这是近些年来我国农产品多次出现价格上的异动的一个十分重要的原因。为了在根本上解决该问题,一定要建立起保持农产品价格稳定方面的法律法规体系。如今,我国农产品价格在法律层面上还缺少农产品价格管理方面的具体规定,为此需要对农产品价格进行法律层面上的探讨。本文在对我国农产品价格体系进行概述的基础上,分析了当前我国农产品价格法律体系存在的主要问题,并从继续健全完善《农业法》、健全土地管理相关制度并出台《耕地保护法》等四个方面提出了法律层面上的我国农产品价格完善对策。
At present, the relevant provisions on the prices of agricultural products among the legal systems in our country are still not perfect. This is a very important reason why the prices of agricultural products in our country have repeatedly appeared in recent years. In order to fundamentally solve this problem, we must establish a system of laws and regulations that maintain the stability of prices of agricultural products. Nowadays, the price of agricultural products in our country still lacks specific regulations on the price management of agricultural products at the legal level. Therefore, the price of agricultural products needs to be explored on the legal level. Based on an overview of the pricing system of agricultural products in our country, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current legal system of agricultural products prices in our country. From the point of continuous improvement and perfection of “agricultural law”, the relevant system of land management and the promulgation of “Farmland Protection Law” On the one hand, the countermeasures to perfect the price of agricultural products in our country are put forward.
