分析了汽车座椅棘架套装塑件的结构与成型工艺,针对棘架塑件配对生产,棘轮塑件上有垂直圆环和侧孔的特点,利用UG软件设计了1次注射成型2个差异性较大的配对塑件模具,并有侧向分型机构2套和顺序定距分型,采用了减少零件间磨损和确保顺序开合模的结构,同时用MPI软件对流动前沿温度、填充时间、注塑压力、缩痕估算等方面的仿真分析,详细阐述了主要成型零件、模具浇注系统、定距分型、侧向分型抽芯和顶出与复位机构的设计。实践表明:模具结构紧凑、运动平稳可靠,设计方案合理。
