日前,中共中央党校出版社出版了福建省委统战部副部长、厦门大学台湾研究院兼职教授李韧撰写的《和谐海峡论——两岸关系和平发展战略研究》。这是中国大陆第一本以独到的视角系统,全面、深入探讨和研究两岸关系和谐发展的脉络和规律的学术专著。2007年,中国共产党十七大报告中首次提出了“牢牢把握两岸关系和平发展的主题”。2008年,胡锦涛总书记在纪念《告台湾同胞书》发表30周年座谈会上再次强调:“要牢牢把握两岸关系和平发展的主题,积极推动两岸关系和平发展,实现全民族的团结、和谐、昌盛。”作者敏锐地洞察到两岸发展的新趋势,提出了以和谐促发展、以发展促统一的“和谐海峡”理念,其基本内涵是着眼祖国和平统一和中华民族伟大复兴,以和谐思想为基础,以和谐发展为动力,使两岸在政治上平等相待、民主协商,经济上共同繁荣、互补双赢,文化上体谅包容、兼收并蓄,社会上诚信友爱、和睦互助,生态上人与自然和谐相处。该书把“两岸关系和平发展理论”放在人类社会发展脉络规律与中华文明五千年的历史长河中,放在构建“和谐社会”、“和谐亚洲”、“和谐世界”的现实背景下来进行深入分析与探讨,设立“本体论”、“价值论”、“环境论”、“借鉴论”、“博弈论”、“整体论”、“先行论”、“未来论”等八论,对构建“和谐海峡”进行多学科、多角度、全方位、立体式的理论阐述。正如全国人大常委会原副委员长许嘉璐读罢书稿所说的那样:“两岸同胞读此书者一定会从中得到很多启发。”本刊从书中择取许嘉璐先生之序,以飨读者。
