对比分析了秘细粉与自产粉的成球性能,开展了提高秘细粉成球性能的试验研究。结果表明,通过高压辊磨,可增加秘细粉颗粒表面缺陷,改善其成球性,且采用闭路循环高压辊磨工艺效果较佳。实施秘细粉高压辊磨后,提高了其在球团原料中的配用比例,使球团矿品位明显提升。
Comparative analysis of the secret ball powder and self-produced powder into the ball performance, carried out to improve the secret powder into the ball of the experimental study. The results show that the high pressure roller mill can increase the surface defects of the fine powder particles and improve the spheroidization. The closed roller high pressure roller mill is more effective. The implementation of the secret powder high-pressure roller mill, increased its proportion of pellets in the raw materials used to make the pellet grade significantly improved.
