瘢痕尤其是病理性瘢痕不仅影响患者的外观，还可影响相关组织或器官的生理功能，导致畸形和功能障碍。目前有多种预防和改善瘢痕的方法，局部外用制剂如硅酮类制剂与植物提取物类制剂等，因使用方便、价格合理等原因越来越受到患者的青睐。现对预防和改善瘢痕的局部外用制剂种类及其治疗机制进行综述，以期为瘢痕治疗的局部药物应用提供思路。“,”Scar, especially pathological scar, not only cause cosmetic concerns, but also affect the physiological function of related tissues or organs, leading to malformation and dysfunction, seriously affect the quality of patients’ life. Nowadays, there are many ways to prevent and improve scar. Local topical medicine such as silicone-based products and plant extracts, become more and more popular with patients because of convenience and reasonable price. In this review, the topical agents for the prevention and improvement of scar, and their therapeutic mechanisms were summarized, providing ideas for the treatment of scar with topical agents.
