目的:观察中西医结合治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效。方法:选择90例门诊治疗病例,中医采用中药熏洗,配合定君生于每晚熏洗后进行阴道深部纳药,疗程10d。结果:90例细菌性阴道病总有效率为100%,治愈率为93.3%,疗程结束未发现不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗细菌性阴道病疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods: Ninety cases of outpatient treatment were selected. Chinese medicine was fumigated with Chinese herbs. Combined with Ding Jun, the vaginal drug was deeply absorbed into the vagina after fumigation every night for 10 days. Results: The total effective rate of 90 cases of bacterial vaginosis was 100% and the cure rate was 93.3%. No adverse reactions were found after the course of treatment. Conclusion: The treatment of bacterial vaginosis with traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
