自动化类是当前我国高职院校的热门专业之一。随着社会对大学生创新能力要求的不断提高,传统的人才培养体系已不能适应新时期大学生创新能力培养的要求。本文从自动化类专业的专业定位与学科内涵、业务培养目标与培养要求出发,阐述自动化类专业学生核心能力培养体系的构建。提出让自动化类专业学生在系统中学习系统的观点,构建综合性和创新性实践教学的培养体系,从而全面培养自动化类专业学生的创新和实践能力。
Automation class is currently one of the hot topics in China’s higher vocational colleges. With the continuous improvement of college students ’ability to innovate, the traditional talent training system can no longer meet the requirements of cultivating students’ innovative ability in the new era. This article starts with the professional positioning, subject connotation, business training objectives and training requirements of automation majors, and elaborates the construction of the core competence training system for automation majors. It puts forward that the students of automation major should study the system in the system and construct a comprehensive and innovative training system of practical teaching so as to fully cultivate the innovation and practical ability of students majoring in automation.
