职业指导人员的素养对有效开展职业指导工作具有重要的意义,笔者基于高职院校的职业指导人员应具备的职业素养及能力进行分析,并结自身的工作经验提出相关的建议。
The quality of career guidance staff is of great significance to the effective development of career guidance. Based on the professional accomplishments and abilities of career guidance staff in higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward relevant suggestions based on his own work experience.
