选用8个广亲和品种配制8×8完全双列杂交,研究了籼粳杂种的小穗育性遗传。结果表明,8个亲本及其56个正反交杂种F_1的小穗育性的变幅分别为83.47%~89.13%和63.87%~95.27%。某些组合的正反交间杂种F_1小穗育性均值差异显著,母本细胞质对杂种F_1小穗育性有显著的影响。小穗育性的遗传同时受加性和显性效应的控制,以显性基因效应为主,表现为显性或超显性。参试品种间存在1组控制小穗育性的显性基因差异。小穗育性的h_N~2和h_B~2分别为55.52%和78.82%。
Eight full compatibility cultivars were used to prepare 8 × 8 complete diallel crossings, and the inheritance of spikelet fertility in indica-japonica hybrids was studied. The results showed that the amplitudes of spikelet fertility were 83.47% ~ 89.13% and 63.87% ~ 95.27% in 8 parents and 56 reciprocal hybrids respectively. The average of F_1 spikelet fertility was significantly different in some combinations of reciprocal crossbreds, and the cytoplasm of female parental lines had a significant effect on the F_1 spikelet fertility of hybrids. The inheritance of spikelet fertility was dominated by both additive and dominant effects, dominated by dominant gene effect, and showed dominant or super dominant. There was a group of dominant gene differences controlling spikelet fertility among the tested cultivars. The spikelet fertility h_N ~ 2 and h_B ~ 2 were 55.52% and 78.82%, respectively.
