“品德与生活课程标准”指出:“课程目标主要通过教师指导下的各种活动来实现.”“教学目标是教学活动的出发点,也是归宿,教学活动应该以有效实现教学目标为归宿.”(邬冬星)只有科学地、恰当地把握教学目标,才会有效取得品德教学的预期效果.而活动是品德与生活、品德与社会课教师引领学生达成教学目标的重要载体和手段,是学生走向目标的重要路径.因此,我们要以整体思想为指导,正确理解教学目标;以引领学生做人为核心,正确把握教学目标;设计有效活动、运用恰当的教学方法,正确达成教学目标.
