为配合设计洪水计算规范的工作,本刊连续介绍了陈家琦等同志所写的“最大流量推理公式图解分析法诺模图”、“概化多峰三角形设计洪水过程线”及本篇“计算最大流量推理公式中参数的定量”等三篇文章。这些文章是在总结几年来各地应用水利水电科学研究院提出的第七号报告“小汇水面积雨洪最大径流计算图解分析法”的经验的基础上写出的,对原报告作了改进和补充,可以作为中、小型水利工程设计洪水计算的参考。各地在实际应用上述文章时,如碰到有什么问题,或对文章内容有什么意见,均希望能及时告诉我们。本刊在收到陈家琦、滕炜芬两同志的第三篇文章的同时,还收到广东水利电力厅水文总站徐启?同志写的“广东省暴雨径流关系经验参数分区综合分析成果的确定”一文,其内容与陈文基本相同,但各有特点。本刊本期登的这篇文章,是以陈文为基础,同时充实了徐文的某些内容,特此说明。
In line with the work of designing flood calculation norms, this article continuously introduces the “maximum flow reasoning formula diagram analysis method” and “the generalized multi-peak triangular design flood course line” written by Comrade Chen Jiaqi and the article “ Flow reasoning formula in the quantitative parameters ”and other three articles. These articles are based on the experience of the past few years, based on the experience of the seventh report of the Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, “Graphical Analysis of the Maximum Runoff Calculation of Small-catchment Rainfall” Supplement, can be used as medium and small water project design flood calculation reference. While receiving the third article of two comrades of Chen Jiaqi and Teng Weifen, we also received one article entitled “Comprehensive Determination of the Experiences of Stormwater Runoff Correlation in Guangdong Province” written by Comrade Xu Qi of the Hydrographic Station of Guangdong Hydraulic and Electric Power Administration, Its content and Chen Wen basically the same, but each has its own characteristics. The article published in this issue of this article, based on Chen Wen, while enriching some of Xu Wen, hereby explain.
