蛛网膜下腔出血引起的脑血管痉挛是患者死亡和致残的主要原因之一 ,治疗较困难。近年来有关脑血管痉挛治疗研究进展较快。为提高对其发病机制及治疗效果的认识 ,现就蛛网膜下腔出血引起脑血管痉挛的发病机制及治疗进展进行综述。
Cerebral vasospasm caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage is one of the major causes of death and disability in patients and treatment is more difficult. In recent years, research on cerebral vasospasm is progressing rapidly. In order to improve their understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment effect, the pathogenesis and treatment of cerebral vasospasm induced by subarachnoid hemorrhage are reviewed.
