目的了解深圳市医院集中空调通风系统干预效果。方法按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》和《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求,对6家医院24套集中空调通风系统进行采样和检测,针对存在的不合格项提出整改建议,然后对整改后的集中空调通风系统再次进行采样检测,评价干预效果。结果6家医院共24套通风系统干预前送风空气PM10合格率为95.8%(23/24),细菌总数的合格率为81.4%(96/118),真菌总数合格率为93.2%(110/118),β-溶血性链球菌等致病菌均未检出;风管表面积尘量合格率为95.8%(22/24),细菌总数合格率为100%(162/162),真菌总数合格率为100%(162/162),致病菌均未检出;空调冷凝水嗜肺军团菌合格率为100%(16/16),空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌的污染率高达50%(8/16);干预后检测结果全部合格。结论深圳市医院高度重视集中空调通风系统存在的污染,加强了集中空调通风系统各环节的清洁和消毒工作,干预效果满意。
Objective To understand the effect of central air conditioning and ventilation system intervention in Shenzhen hospital. Methods Sampling and testing 24 sets of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in 6 hospitals according to the requirements of Hygienic Management Methods of Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places and Sanitary Code of Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places, put forward rectification suggestions for the existing unqualified items , And then re-sampling and testing the rectified centralized air conditioning and ventilation system to evaluate the effect of the intervention. Results A total of 24 ventilation systems were ventilated in the six hospitals before the intervention. The passing rate of PM10 in ventilation air was 95.8% (23/24), the pass rate of total bacteria was 81.4% (96/118) and the total number of fungi was 93.2% (110 / 118), β-hemolytic streptococcus and other pathogenic bacteria were not detected; air duct surface dust passing rate of 95.8% (22/24), the total number of bacteria passing rate was 100% (162/162), the total number of fungi The rate of 100% (162/162), no pathogens were detected; air-conditioned condensate Legionella pneumophila qualified rate of 100% (16/16), air-conditioning cooling water Legionella pneumophila contamination rate as high as 50% ( 8/16); after the intervention all test results. Conclusions Shenzhen Hospital attaches great importance to the pollution of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system and strengthens the cleaning and disinfection work in all aspects of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system. The intervention effect is satisfactory.
