良好的IPTV产业链是IPTV快速发展的关键。对IPTV产业链特点、主要问题、遵循原则及发展举措进行了系统的分析。指出目前IPTV产业链具有产业链条长、受政府管制、电信运营商不起主导地位等特点,IPTV产业链尚不成熟,主要表现在标准规范不统一,产业链各方分工不明、IPTV商业模式不成熟等。认为在建立IPTV产业链过程中应遵循开放性、和谐性、系统性及利益共享风险共担的原则,并从加强核心竞争力建设、提高聚合产业链能力、合作形式多元化、明确分工、处理好与政府监管部门之间的关系及加快标准统一进程等几个方面探讨相应举措。
