我院于1984年为两台大型热轧机设计的液压压下系统中,设置了6只皮囊蓄能器,由于蓄能器是安装在轧机机架上,所以受到钢坯产生的高温幅射及轧件在轧制时的强烈冲击和震动的影响,因此,对蓄能器的正常使用很不利。针对这些问题,我们采取了以下措施。一、蓄能器皮囊的充气阀为单向阀形式,靠锥面密封(见图1)。由于蓄能器在工作时受到强烈震动,致使阀芯产生松动,造成皮囊里的气体逐渐漏失,因此,我们在充气阀的密封盖内垫入3mm 左右的硬橡胶垫,这样便减少了漏气现象,效果好且方法简
