水工建筑物岩基帷幕灌浆施工技术总結

帷幕灌浆是水工建筑物基础处理較常用的方法,帷幕灌浆质量的好坏,直接关系到水工建筑物的安全和工程效益。建国十六年来,通过大量工程建設的实践,我国在基础灌浆方面取得了很大的成績,积累了不少經驗,培养和建立了专业队伍。目前,除能进行一般的基础灌浆外,对較复杂的基础,也能进行灌浆处理。但是,在灌浆工作中也还存在不少問題,有待进一步研究解决。为了总結經驗,吸取教訓,进一步提高灌浆技术水平,最近,水利水电建設总局技术处邀請了基础处理工程总队、北京勘测設計院、新安江水力发电工程局、閩江水力发电工程局等单位的有关同志,对国内已经完成和正在施工的帷幕灌浆工程进行了深入的調查研究和比较系統的总結。总結全文共分十三章,本期先发表四章,其余各章将在本刊陆續发表。应該說明,这只是一个初步总結,而且由于涉及的問題很多和技术水平的限制,难免有不尽完善或不妥之处,尚希有关单位提出意見,以便进一步补充修改。同时,由于各工程的基础条件及施工条件不尽相同,因此,各单位应結合現場实际情况,因地制宜地参考采用,并且把学习別人的經驗与創造自己的經驗結合起来,以使我国的灌浆技术水平不断提高,更好地为社会主义建設事业服务。 Curtain grouting is the more commonly used method of foundation treatment of hydraulic structures. The quality of curtain grouting is directly related to the safety and engineering benefits of hydraulic structures. However, there are still many problems in grouting work to be further studied and solved. In order to summarize the experience, learn a lesson and further improve the level of grouting technology, recently Technical Department of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction invited the Basic Processing Engineering Corps, Beijing Survey and Design Institute, Xin’anjiang Hydropower Engineering Bureau, Minjiang Hydropower Engineering Bureau and other units The relevant comrades conducted an in-depth investigation and comparative summary of the curtain grouting project that has been completed and under construction in China.
