云杉是我国主要用材树种,不仅干形通直,出材率高,而且树冠呈圆锥形,挺拨优美。也是重要的绿化树种。但由于云杉种子育苗,苗期生长缓慢,4-5年生的实生苗株高只有20-30厘米,育苗周期长。采用扦插繁殖,可缩短育苗周期,加快苗木繁殖和建立优良单株无性系种子园,以推进育苗造林良种化。云杉扦插育苗,目前尚处于试验阶段,主要问题是插穗生根时间长,对湿度、温度、光照等生根条件要求严格。为了提高云杉扦插繁殖技术和创造云杉扦插生根的最适环境条件,
